When you access our website, information of a general nature is automatically captured by a cookie. This information (server log files) includes the type of web browser, the operating system used, the domain name of your internet service provider, and similar.
This information is technically necessary to correctly deliver the contents of web pages requested by you and is obligatory when using the internet. They are processed particularly for the following purposes:
The processing of your personal data is based on our legitimate interest from the aforementioned purposes for data collection. We do not use your data to draw conclusions about you. Recipients of the data are only the responsible body and, if applicable, processors.
Anonymous information of this type may be statistically evaluated by us to optimize our website and the underlying technology.
The legal basis for storing the data and the log files is Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR.
When visiting this website, personal data is processed using the web analysis service Google Analytics 4.
Google Analytics uses so-called “cookies,” text files that are stored on your computer and that allow us to analyze your use of the website. For this purpose, the usage information generated by the cookie (including your truncated IP address) is transferred to Google and stored for usage analysis purposes, which serves the optimization of our website. Your IP address is immediately anonymized during this process, so you remain anonymous to us as a user. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is not passed on to third parties otherwise.
You can decide whether the website can define its own browser variables. These store, for example, your decision on whether you have consented to the use of analysis services.
You can decide whether a unique web analysis cookie can be placed in your browser to enable the website operator to collect and analyze various statistical data. If you opt-out, deactivate the corresponding checkbox.
Processed data categories: Technical connection data of server access (IP address, date, time, queried page, browser information), and data on the use of the website as well as the logging of clicks on individual elements.
Purpose of processing: Anonymization and creation of statistics, examination of usage behavior, and optimization of content.
The legal basis for the processing and its transmission is your consent according to Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a GDPR. This may also involve the transfer of personal data to a country outside the European Union. Data is transferred to the independent controller, Google LLC, Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. The transfer of data to the USA is based on Art. 45 GDPR in conjunction with the adequacy decision C(2023) 4745 of the European Commission dated 10.07.2023, as the controller, Google LLC, has committed to comply with the principles of data processing of the Data Privacy Framework (DPF).
SSL Encryption
This site uses SSL encryption for security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, such as requests you send to us as the site operator. An encrypted connection is indicated by the browser’s address line switching from “http://” to “https://” and the lock symbol in your browser line. When SSL encryption is activated, the data that you transmit to us cannot be read by third parties.
The legal basis for processing personal data using SSL encryption is Article 6 Para. 1 lit. c GDPR.
Google Web Fonts
This site uses so-called web fonts provided by Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA, to uniformly display fonts. When you call up a page, your browser loads the required web fonts into your browser cache to display texts and fonts correctly.
For this purpose, the browser you are using must connect to Google’s servers. This gives Google knowledge that our website has been accessed via your IP address. The use of Google Web Fonts is done in the interest of a uniform and attractive presentation of our online offers. This constitutes a justified interest within the meaning of Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR. If your browser does not support web fonts, a standard font is used by your computer.
Google LLC, based in the USA, is certified for the US-European data protection agreement “Privacy Shield,” which ensures compliance with the data protection level applicable in the EU.
More information about Google Web Fonts can be found at Google Fonts FAQ and in Google’s Privacy Policy.
The legal basis for processing personal data using Google Web Fonts is Article 6 Para. 1 lit. a GDPR.
